Harland Miller

Harland Miller is both a writer and artist. Born in 1964 in Yorkshire, North-East England, he studied fine art at Chelsea School of Art, graduating in 1988 with a Masters Art Degree.

Harland Miller is probably best known for his large canvases of Penguin Books. The titles are aphoristic, even caustic references to contemporary life - Whitby - The Self Catering Years, Rags to Polyester - My Story, York, So Good They Named It Once, Incurable Romantic Seeks Dirty Filthy Whore.
