Art Investment Monaco is an associate advisory that sources and advises on investment-grade blue-chip artwork for private and institutional investors. We utilise our extensive network of galleries, museums, collectors, and art dealers to source highly sought after works. The artists that we have expertise in sourcing include David Hockney, Damien Hirst, Andy Warhol, Anish Kapoor, Richard Serra, Bridget Riley, and many others.

Art Investment Monaco draws on the diverse and rich expertise of its three principal advisors, all of whom have decades of experience in their respective fields, to offer a comprehensive advisory service. It works in close association with Tanya Baxter Contemporary Art Advisory London / Hong Kong. This enables it to access to a large variety of bluechip works internationally. We work with high net-worth individuals, high-end residential properties, and corporations to advise on the entire acquisition process. Our holistic offering covers every facet of the purchase process, from selecting and sourcing the artwork, to conducting price negotiations, advising and contributing towards due diligence process, aiding with purchase contracts and insurance, and organising logistics and procurement.

The range of expertise across our three principal advisors ensures we can offer unparalleled support in every stage of the transaction process. Tanya Baxter chairs our art sourcing and advisory service, Trish Singh chairs our market conditions and financing advice, whilst Hope Swales chairs our art procurement and logistics service. Through the combined deployment of our extensive expertise in investment-grade artwork, we have the unique ability to offer a truly holistic advisory service that informs on the art itself, market conditions and likely developments, and the sourcing and procuring of the art.

Having operated at the highest echelons of the blue-chip art market for over three decades, we are acutely cognisant of the importance of discreet, timely, and transparent advice. Our guiding mission is to provide confidential, honest, and profitable advice to our clients.

What distinguishes Art Investment Monaco from its compe;tors is that our advisory service is not singularly tied to the purchase process. Our work does not stop when the paintings have been hung; we provide ongoing support and advice to our clients throughout the period in which they hold paintings purchased through our advisory service. For our clients who wish to purchase art as an investment, we track market conditions and offer ROI estimations and predictions based on bespoke investment timeframes. For our clients who are focussed on collecting, we track the availability and price trends of artists and artwork relevant to their collection goals.

Whether your purchase is dictated by collecting or investing, or a combination of both, Art Investment Monaco offers an unrivalled holistic network of support based on experience and expertise.
